Position Introduction:

The Customer Experience (CE) Manager will serve as the internal customer advocate responsible for analyzing, identifying and driving ongoing improvement to the customer experience across all customer touch points and brands. As CE Champion, this position is accountable for department and process creation as this role is new to the InMotion Hosting family. The CE Manager is responsible for conducting analysis to map all touch points in the customer experience and identify gaps (addressing inconsistency, inefficiencies, best practices, emerging issues/trends) for improvement. Serves as lead creator or liaison of customer experience content, processes, and systems that are used to educate and/or increase customer's knowledge, skill sets, and used to identify resolutions to open items. Partner with department leaders and other cross-functional stakeholders to represent and champion customer experience initiatives.
